Kailey Fonseca

My mission is to empower people to make easier choices towards living a more healthy life. I believe that food is the best medicine and that simple lifestyle choices can have profound impact on people's lives. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). I have also completed certification as an Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor as well as a Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coach with The C.H.E.K. Institute. When not advising people on healthful choices you will likely find me testing new recipes in the kitchen, working out in the gym, paddle-boarding the bay, chasing runner's high in the trails or setting off for new travel and adventure.
